About Water Damage Restoration Chicago
A restoration company built around one idea: the job is not done when the water is gone — it is done when the meters say the building is dry.
Why we exist
Chicago has no shortage of companies that will suck the water out of your basement. Fewer will tell you honestly what needs to come out, dry the structure to a documented target instead of a guess, and hand you a file your insurance adjuster can actually use. That gap is why Water Damage Restoration Chicago exists.
We work the city and the close-in metro — the bungalows of Portage Park and Berwyn, the greystones of the South Side, the two-flats of Logan Square and Cicero, and the postwar suburbs from Skokie to Naperville. Every one of these building types takes on water differently, and drying them correctly takes local knowledge, not a franchise playbook.
How we work
- Honest hours. We answer 7:00 am – 10:00 pm ct, 7 days a week. Overnight calls get a morning callback first thing — we do not pretend to be what we are not.
- Documentation from day one. Photos, moisture maps, and daily drying logs on every job, because your claim depends on them.
- No drying by feel. Equipment leaves when moisture meters hit target levels in every affected material — not when a room "seems dry."
- Straight talk on the phone. If your situation needs a plumber, a roofer, or just a wet vac and a weekend, we will say so.
The work we take on
Emergency water extraction, basement flooding cleanup, burst and frozen pipe damage, sewage backup sanitation, mold prevention, storm damage restoration, and structural drying. If water touched your building anywhere in the Chicago metro, that is our lane.
